We are prepared to grant you programs only on the condition that you agree to all the terms of this agreement. Read the terms carefully and choose the «Accept Licensing Agreement» button to confirm your agreement. If you are not prepared to be bound by these conditions, select the «Refuse the Licensing Agreement» button and the registration process will not continue. This agreement is governed by California`s material and procedural laws. You and Oracle agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and jurisdiction of the courts of San Francisco or Santa Clara counties, California, in all litigation arising from or related to this Agreement. Licensing Fees We grant you an indeterminate license (except for denunciation, as provided in this Agreement) limited to the internal use of programs exclusively for the purposes of development, disobedience, prototyping and demonstration of your applications, and to run programs for your own internal operations; (b) modify or modify programs or parts of programs made available as source code and use in-house such modified programs («modified programs») and (c) redistribute modified programs and unchanged documentation in accordance with the «Modified Programs» section.

All of the rights expressly granted above are hereafter reserved. If you wish to use the programs for purposes other than those expressly provided for in this Agreement, you must obtain a valid license from us that allows such use. We can check your use of the programs. Third-party technology will be read to you under the terms of this Agreement or, if the program documentation specifies it, read files or, otherwise, in writing, under separate licensing conditions («Separate Conditions») and not under the terms of this Contract («Separatly Licensed Third Party Technology»).
