A landlords` association (HOA), whose members are the owners of the unit, manages the condominium through a board of directors elected by the member. These are separate names, for example. B «unit titles,» «section titles,» «Commonhold,» «Strata Council» or «Tenant Landlords Association,» «Kurperschaft,» «Eigent-mergesellschaft,» «Property Company» or «Property Association.» Another variant of this concept is the «time share,» although not all temporal shares are condominiums and not all temporal shares involve actual ownership of real estate (i.e.dem attest property). Condominium dwellings can be found in both civil and common law schemes, since this is only the creation of a statute. The HOA assesses, among other things, the cost of maintaining common areas, etc. In other words, the HOA decides how much each owner must pay and has the legal authority to recover it. In Spain, condominiums are referred to as «comunidad de propietarios» and «comunidad de vecinos» and are governed by the Ley de Propiedad Horizontal (L.P.H.), which greatly expands the Spanish civil code. L.P.H. became law in 1960 and more than half of the Spanish population lives in condominiums. According to the INE, Spain has nearly 840,000 condominiums, including about 9 million housing buildings. Inquire with your housing association – A condominium association is not only responsible for the day-to-day operation of the property, but also sets out the rules that landlords must follow when the rental is authorized. To go even further, some associations even need a tenant`s job interview for approval. The tenant can be registered with the association`s office or administration if he needs security passports or fingerprints to gain access to public spaces.
Condominia (the Latin plural of co-ownership) originally referred to territories in which two or more sovereign powers shared common sovereignty. This technique has often been used to resolve border disputes when several complainants have failed to agree on the distribution of the disputed area. From 1818 to 1846, the Oregon Country was a co-ownership over which the United States and Great Britain shared common sovereignty, until the Oregon Treaty solved the problem by spreading the territory along the 49th parallel and giving each country exclusive sovereignty of a party. In a condominium or co-operative building, your neighbours are also members of your housing association. Unlike neighbours of detached houses, neighbours of your home often have the legal authority to limit the use of your unit. For example, without the prior approval of the board of directors, you may not be allowed to create a house in your apartment. Similarly, it is perfectly legal for members of a housing association to agree that no owner will sell their unit without the announcement of the association and the possibility for other members to purchase the unit. The result is a model agreement that addresses this problem; its provisions may be limited by laws in your state, so check with your lawyer when developing such an agreement. If you are more of a DIY person, you can browse real estate sites and condo offers in the area in which you are interested. If you have a building or complex in mind, many local sales offices allow you to learn more about the condominium and maybe even watch a sequel show.
In Israel, condominiums (known as «roommates,» «common houses» or «cooperative houses») are a common form of housing. In the past, public housing has been organized as a subsidized purchase and mortgages in state-built condominiums. «People should be able to do their own work if they are practical,» says Sacks. «But not if they endanger their neighbors, themselves or the property. The amendment agreements protect everyone and must keep the building safe. Regardless of
